London Design Festival – C4CC

C4CC hosted an open-studio week of workshops as part of London Design Festival. Each of the varied start-ups at the centre, from film production, art and technology through to food production, science and design joined together to form a collective called Circle of Influence.

POLYply: The Score

Experimental poetry night POLYply returns with The Score, an event which explores the relationships between poetry, music, dance and performance, including works based on compositions by Erik Satie and Alvin Lucier. The evening features work and performances from Julie Brixey-Williams, Libby Worth, Will Montgomery, Steve Willey, Manfred Werder, Elizabeth Guthrie, and Brigid McLeer.

Cute Circuit: WMC 2009


I was asked by Mobile Monday in-conjunction with the UKTI (formally known as the DTI) to film businesses at World Mobile Congress 2009 in Barcelona. Here the Minister is talking to CuteCircuit a company that make wearable tech (and very well I may add). I also filmed Palringo and Airborne Networks at the same event.

What is C4CC?

The Centre for Creative Collaboration, (C4CC) is neutral place where people from many different backgrounds – universities, large corporates, SMEs, freelancers – can work together on new things in the belief that real innovation happens at the edge and in the gaps between disciplines. C4CC supports new types of collaboration using the principles of open innovation. This is a groundbreaking project for London, delivering collaborative projects and multi-disciplinary working in an attractive and flexible space. The Centre for Creative Collaboration is an initiative of:University of London working in collaboration with Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Goldsmiths, and Royal Holloway. C4CC is also a partner in the London Creative and Digital Fusion project.
